Every pet completes a 30-minute behavioral intake before their first stay. Pets with anxiety, medical conditions, or specific routines are paired with a dedicated handler and a quieter suite location, and our behavioral vet reviews the protocol weekly.

Yes. We require core vaccinations (rabies, DHPP, bordetella for dogs; FVRCP for cats) and a recent fecal screening. Our front desk verifies records with your primary vet before any first-time stay.

Absolutely — we encourage it. Email us anytime to schedule a tour; you'll get a full walk-through of the suites, daycare floors, grooming salon, and vet wing, plus 20 minutes with our lead handler to talk through your pet's needs.

A licensed vet is on-site during all open hours and on-call 24/7. We have a fully equipped triage room and partnerships with two specialty hospitals for advanced cases. You'll be contacted within 15 minutes of any incident.

Anytime, no penalty. Memberships are month-to-month, and unused services roll over for 30 days after cancellation so your pet doesn't miss a beat.

Our flagship campuses are in Scottsdale, Henderson, and Santa Fe. We provide member chauffeur transport across the Phoenix metro, Las Vegas valley, and Santa Fe / Albuquerque corridor — see each location page for full coverage.

We accept all major US pet insurance carriers. We do not bill them directly, but we provide itemized invoices formatted for fast reimbursement.
