Welcome to PawCare Elite. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and PawCare Elite, LLC (“PawCare Elite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website (https://pawcareelite.com) or any of our services — grooming, daycare, veterinary care, or pet boarding — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or hold a membership account. You agree to provide accurate, current information about yourself and your pet, including medical records, behavioral history, and current vaccinations. You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided to us.

Knowingly bringing in a pet with a communicable illness or undisclosed behavioral history may result in immediate termination of services.
We are a wellness-focused veterinary practice and not a 24-hour emergency hospital. By using our services, you authorize us to seek emergency veterinary care for your pet at your expense if we are unable to reach you. We partner with two specialty hospitals per region for after-hours emergencies.
You are responsible for all veterinary fees, including third-party emergency services. We will make every reasonable effort to contact you before authorizing major treatment.
While we maintain industry-leading care standards — hospital-grade air filtration, 1:4 handler ratios, 24/7 monitoring — pets are inherently unpredictable. By using our services you acknowledge:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability for any claim is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Membership fees are billed monthly in advance. À la carte services are charged at time of booking or service. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfer for memberships. Failed payments will be retried; persistent payment failure may result in service interruption. Late fees apply to overdue balances after 14 days.
We may photograph pets during their visit for daily report cards, social media, and website use. Member photographs are used only with explicit opt-in. You may opt out anytime by emailing hey@pawcareelite.com.
Our website content — text, images, design, code — is the property of PawCare Elite, LLC and protected by U.S. copyright law. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, scraping, or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate any account or membership at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of repeated no-shows, undisclosed health/behavioral issues, payment failure, or behavior that endangers staff or other pets. Refunds for prepaid services will be issued on a prorated basis where applicable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association — except where prohibited by law, or where you have the right to seek small-claims relief.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This waiver does not apply where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
